Step1: Create the basic 2D diagram using the Rectangle and Oval shape

Step2: Select all the shapes and group them using the Ctrl + G option

Step3: Right click on group, select ‘Format shape’ option. 3D rotation, select ‘Off Axis 1 Top’ 

The result will be as follows

Step4: ‘3D rotation’ pane – go to ‘Distance from the ground’ option and add 20 pts

Step5: Right Click -> Group-> Ungroup

Step6: Reposition the upper circles

Step7: Add depth of 50 to the rectangle; copy and color as required
